House Keeping
No level of service, friendliness or glamour can make up for the lack of cleanliness, maintenance and aesthetic appeal in a hotel. A hotel must be spotless, tidy and conveniently arranged – at an international level. This is the responsibility of the Housekeeping Department.The course focusses on a professional technical know-how in cleaning, hotel laundry and aesthetics. Management inputs are given in planning, organizing, budgeting, managing human resources to deal with the complexities of the department.Over and above, the focus is on to develop the right mind-set both in the classroom and outside, to get students, industry ready.
